A tradition of the old world, our hunt is the main Friday night event, wherein the hunters pursue a group of priests and priestesses (the holies) through the fields of the campground. Challenged by riddles and physical obstacles, only one hunter will discover who the May Queen is and be come the victorious Oak King.
On Saturday night, the cunning May Queen and victorious Oak King will be crowned in a sacred ceremony. Their "marriage" symbolizes the sacred union of the Sun's warmth on the Earth and the life that returns in Spring and Summer!

Our weekend is normally kicked off by the burning of The Wickerman, an effigy of Winter and the maladies that plagued us.
As the festival continues, we offer classes and activities that allow us to connect, recharge, and attune with Beltane.
