When you want to go someplace, but don't have a way to get there, it can be frustrating. While you might try to carpool with someone who is headed where you want to go, it's never a guarantee that you'll make it... transport falls through all the time. We want to make sure you aren't held back from attending Beltane due to lack of a vehicle, and we have partnered with a professional Uber driver to make getting to the Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt Festival Retreat easy on you and your wallet! A normal Uber from New Orleans to Gryphon's Nest would cost at least $80 one way... WE OFFER A HUGE DISCOUNT!
Shuttle services are now being offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the event, with return trips on Sunday. Our full event registration (available in April) will give everyone an option of signing up for the shuttle service. A few things to note:
Masks will be required inside the vehicle. Windows will be left open for air circulation.
Up to seven people can be accommodated in the shuttle at once. Camping equipment will be loaded onto a trailer.
Fees for shuttle are $20 per person per one way from New Orleans; $10 per person per one way from Baton Rouge.
You are welcome to take it one way and find alternate transit to get home, or vice versa.
If only one or two groups signs up for shuttle service that day, shuttle will pick up at your home. If more people sign up, shuttle service will pick-up at a downtown location accessible via public transit.
Payment is accepted via cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle, due to the driver before the ride.
