Beltane Full Schedule is Live; Ticket Sales End 4/29

Updated: 6 days ago

We are less than 1 week from the Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt! Here's our last update before we join together next Friday at the All You Need Institute in Lumberton, MS.

Tickets Now Include All Meals:

Thanks to some incredible members of our Pagan community, your ticket now includes ALL meals for the weekend (except for the potluck Friday night). Friday lunch, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday will be prepared by attendees who have volunteered to exercise their cooking skills to feed us all. A very special THANK YOU to Eli G., Tori U., Amanda H., and Ryan O. for feeding us!

Our Full Schedule is Live:

Community members to the rescue! We've had so many people reach out to offer love offerings, serendipity stations, and assistance for our weekend, and our schedule is now complete and online! We have volunteers offering yoga, magical crafting classes, and campfire storytelling! Not-to-mention, we're building a frickin' altar grotto out of cob! Click here to get the low-down on what to expect.

Community-Building Conversations:

We're trying to build the community, make it more resilient, provide resources we can all take advantage of, and reach out to the people who've been marginalized to make them know they are welcome and safe with us. This year, we've scheduled community conversations around our shared values as Pagans, what we want to work toward, and how to make our events financially accessible for everyone who wants to attend. We're excited to have this discussion with you and gain your input.

We Need Input on our Make or Take List:

Our Make or Take list is a new addition to Beltane, created in an effort to help us reduce costs and provide supplies for the event in a sustainable way. We're looking for attendees who either have the supplies required, or know how to make them. The Make or Take list is a common editable file on our Google Drive here.

Leave No Trace Camping:

As Pagans, we should value the land and take responsibility for our impact on it. This year, Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt has embraced the "Leave No Trace" philosophy of camping that's inherent in other events (like Engulf and Burning Man). We ask that you minimize the disposable plastic you bring onsite, take all trash with you, and be conscious of how you're affecting the water system, the forest, and the flora and fauna that AYNI is trying to conserve. Check out this great info sheet created by Pocket Traci!

Prepare Your Outfit for The Hunt/Ritual:

An update was published last week giving a breakdown of The Hunt and following ritual. If you're planning to run as a Holy, make sure your outfit is white (or mostly white). For Hunters, make sure your outfit is black and/or red. If you'd like to be Seelie, you'll need to bring an additional outfit that's mostly green with additional color. Need some inspiration? Check out our Pinterest page of costume inspiration here.

Our Event is Clothing-Optional:

Lots of people have asked about the clothing policies onsite. We're asking for clothes to be worn around the front of the property (in our breakfast and community conversation areas), while the rest of the campground (including camping areas and trails) are clothing optional. Each year, we make sure to address the elephant in the room... consent and respecting boundaries.

Official Photographer Onsite:

We like to provide an official photographer each year to capture key moments and take candids of our attendees. Only our official photographer is allowed to take pictures during the Hunt and ritual, and especially in clothing-optional areas. Photographs are edited for nudity and then uploaded into a password protected gallery for that year's attendees. If you are featured in an edited picture, you're welcome to contact me for the original.

Deadline for Tickets is Tuesday, April 29th at 11:59PM:

We are not selling tickets at the gate this year, so please be sure to purchase your tickets online before Tuesday at 11:59pm. There will be no ticket sales after that point. Vending applications are now closed.

Still Have Questions?

We created a Zoom Livestream a couple of weeks ago to answer any and every question you have about our event, camping with us, campground policies, tips and tricks to leave no trace, and more! Check out our YouTube video if you didn't catch the original Zoom. Email wyldfirebeltanehunt@gmail.com if you need more info.

I can't wait to sit around the bonfire Friday night with familiar and new faces sampling everyone's potluck dishes, listening to stories, crafting magickal objects, and communing with the forest at night. I hope you can join us for our 2025 Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt, but if you can't, I hope your Beltane season is filled with magick, abundance, and the growth you seek.

Beltane blessings!

Ty Siddiqui
